Alfie came home Nov 30, 2006. He looked like a white and cream colored Golden Retriever. In fact he was a first generation Goldendoodle. He quickly showed how different he would be. His nose goy a bit longer, his legs got very long, he didn’t shed and was smart as all get out. He was first in class in puppy training, first in advanced training and then was certified to be a therapy dog. He did that for over 7 years. Alfie was calm, funny, totally affectionate with all people regardless of age and showed everyone who met him just how good a dog he was. He was mascot at a bank, had his picture taken by many people and had a large fan club in Florida and Georgia. After 12 years, his physical problems became such we knew it was time to show him how much we loved him and we
Held him as he went to his final rest. I’ve included a picture of Alfie and it says
a lot about his personality. He was a wonderful blessing and is missed deeply.
