Pepper came into the lives of the Wetzel Family 5 years ago. Her first owner Bruce Lowry loves her with all his heart and graced the Wetzel’s with the honor of caring for Pepper while Bruce battled Cancer. Pepper was an absolute angel everyday she brought joy and laughter into our lives.
